Working closely with the design team, Bouten provided detailed estimates for multiple building system options with the goal of delivering a cost-effective, efficient, and flexible office building. Through a highly collaborative effort, and despite one of the worst winters on record, the project team completed the building on schedule and below the owner’s budget.
